PRIVATE FLIGHT - Enjoy the whole helicopter to yourselves.
We offer a complimentary glass of Champagne for each adult and give you VIP treatment, including a red carpet photo session with the helicopter.
PLEASE NOTE: The helicopter seats up to six guest passengers (depending on weight), including 5 seats in the private cabin and 1 seat up in the cockpit, next to the Captain, as Co-pilot.

This will be an
experience you will never forget, however, please plan accordingly as our
cancellation and refund policies are firm.
Reschedules, Cancellations,
Refunds and Fee Policies:
- If you need to cancel and reschedule
your reservation, please provide a 72-hour notice prior to your tour time
and we will be happy to accommodate your schedule change without a fee. - We
require a 24-hour notice to change your reservation. - Tours
canceled with less than a 24-hour notice affect other guests booked on the
flight and may not allow enough time to resell the canceled seats.
Reservations canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will NOT be
refunded. - Reservations canceled (to be
rescheduled at a later date), within a 48-hour notice will incur a $50
re-booking fee. - No-shows (5 minutes past scheduled departure time) will be assessed
100% of the cost of the booked and confirmed ticket price, AND a $50
cancellation fee will be charged. - Refunds: If you purchased your flight
direct through us, we will issue a refund, less a $30 administration fee, within 3 days of purchase IF your request is at least 72
hours prior to your scheduled flight. - Refunds: We do not offer refunds if your
flight was purchased through a 3rd party affiliate or for Gift
Certificates, however, your flight is good for 1 yea
Refunds: Weather, ATC, FAA, TFRs or other
unexpected delays or cancellations
are not subject
to our cancellation fees. If you arrive willing and able to fly and we are
unable fly, there will be no charges and your flight will be rescheduled. You have up to 1 year to reschedule your flight.
If you purchased
through a 3rd party affiliate, you flight will be rescheduled and
not refunded.
If you purchased
direct through us and are visiting from out of state, or more than 250 miles
from the DFW metroplex, upon your request, you will be issued a refund, less a
$30 administration fee.
If you purchased direct
through us and live within a 250-mile perimeter of the DFW metroplex, your
flight will be rescheduled and not refunded. We will be happy to complement you
with a glass of Champagne upon your next scheduled flight date.
- Refunds: Please allow up to 10 business
days to process your approved refund.
Credit card or PayPal charge backs will be
challenged, and an additional $300 administration fee and possible legal fees
will be added to your original purchase.
- If you did not take to the time
to read all of our Terms, Conditions and Flight Liability Waiver and show
up to fly and then refuse to sign our Log-in sheet,
acknowledging agreement of ALL Terms, you will NOT be issued a
Refund. - If this was a surprise and the
person you purchased the flight for refuses to fly, a Refund will not be
issued. You will have 1 year to reschedule your flight with someone
else. - If you or someone in your group
boards the helicopter and then decides not to fly for any reason, a refund
will not be issued. You will have 1 year to reschedule your flight.
Comfort and Safety:
Aircraft can
create an uncomfortable experience for some people, like that of a boat,
amusement park ride other type of vehicle. Please remember this when purchasing
your flight, once the flight begins it can be upsetting to the other passengers
if the flight needs to be shortened due to motion sickness or discomfort. We do
NOT offer a refund in the event a
passenger in your group gets sick and we need to return to land. We do offer
members of another tour group on the same flight the opportunity to return and
continue the tour.
For safety reasons, FAA regulations require us to refuse aircraft
boarding for passengers who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of
drugs or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
